二、兒童癲癇發(fā)作癥狀會(huì)出現(xiàn)植物神經(jīng)性發(fā)作：發(fā)作時(shí)有輕重不等的意識(shí)障礙，發(fā)作后可有嗜睡，發(fā)作持續(xù)數(shù)分鐘至數(shù)小時(shí)，甚至1-2天，發(fā)作頻率不定，可表現(xiàn)為腹痛或嘔吐及頭痛癥狀。

三、兒童癲癇發(fā)作癥狀會(huì)出現(xiàn)精神運(yùn)動(dòng)型發(fā)作：主要表現(xiàn)口咽部動(dòng)作或內(nèi)臟癥狀。如無(wú)意識(shí)咀嚼、流口水、吞咽動(dòng)作、吸吮動(dòng)作、惡心等。患兒出現(xiàn)看到或聽(tīng)到周圍人看不到或聽(tīng)不到的物體和聲音;有的患兒可嗅到特殊氣味。

四、兒童癲癇發(fā)作癥狀會(huì)出現(xiàn)全身性發(fā)作：意識(shí)突然喪失、呼吸暫停、口吐白沫、瞳孔散大，兩眼上翻或偏斜一方，四肢強(qiáng)直、握拳開(kāi)始抽搐。發(fā)作持續(xù)1-5分鐘，發(fā)作后意識(shí)不清或嗜睡，經(jīng)數(shù)小時(shí)后清醒。

1、兒童癲癇大發(fā)作時(shí)會(huì)突然意識(shí)喪失，繼之先強(qiáng)直后陣攣性痙攣。常伴尖叫、面色青紫、尿失禁、舌咬傷、口吐白沫或血沫、瞳孔散大。持續(xù)數(shù)十秒或數(shù)分鐘后痙攣發(fā)作自然停止，進(jìn)入昏睡狀態(tài)。醒后有短時(shí)間的頭昏、煩躁、疲乏，對(duì)發(fā)作過(guò)程不能回憶。

2、兒童癲癇的精神行為異常表現(xiàn)形式可以多種樣，如任性、暴躁、好激動(dòng)、膽怯、多疑、破壞和攻擊行為，但以憂郁、社會(huì)退縮、強(qiáng)迫性、多動(dòng)、違紀(jì)等因素居多，智能低下及癲癇發(fā)作未能完全控制者尤為顯著。
