2、姿勢性癲癇：指反復發作并以一定的姿勢造型為主要表現的癲癇發作形式，常因額葉輔助運動區受累所致。治療癲癇病好的醫院的專家說：典型表現為頭眼向一側偏斜伴一個或多個肢體姿勢性強直，常見面向側的上肢上舉，肘部半屈，似擊劍狀，同時意識多保留，部分有尖叫或不能說話。整個發作過程持續時間短。這種姿勢性發作一般不伴有陣攣性動作，但可向其他形式的發作轉化。

3、癲癇性眼球震顫：以眼球震顫為癲癇發作的主要或唯一表現。傳統療法傳統上把引起眼球震顫原因癲癇稱作癇證或癇病，癲癇是后來的叫法。作為局灶性癲癇發作的一種表現，癲癇性眼球震顫是罕見的。患者以前可無癲癇史，癲癇性眼球震顫可以毫無誘因而突然發作，也可以在某些特定因素，如光刺激、深呼吸、壓迫眼球等情況下發生，眼球震顫多為水平性，快相向癲癇灶對側，可伴有背離或朝向癲癇灶的水平性凝視。
