3、松弛收縮的肌肉：適用于肌收縮性頭痛，如按摩、熱療、痛點奴佛卡因封閉等，或服用弱效安定劑如安定、安寧等，既有助松弛肌肉，也有助于解除精神緊張。

4、“更新”病變的腦脊液：如蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血后的劇烈頭痛，可在病情平穩(wěn)后顱壓不高的情況下，酌情放出血性腦脊液5～10ml，或再注入等量氧氣，以促使腦脊液的吸收“更新”，常可使頭痛迅速緩解。此法也適用于漿液性腦膜炎的頭痛。
