癲癇病的發(fā)作類型都有哪些

1.大發(fā)作：又稱全身性發(fā)作，半數(shù)有先兆，如頭昏、精神錯亂、上腹部不適、視聽和嗅覺障礙。發(fā)作時，有些病人先發(fā)出尖銳叫聲，后既有意識喪失而跌倒，有全身肌肉強(qiáng)直、呼吸停頓，頭眼可偏向一側(cè)，數(shù)秒鐘后出現(xiàn)陣攣性抽搐，抽搐逐漸加重，歷時數(shù)十秒鐘，陣攣期呼吸恢復(fù)，口吐白沫，若舌被咬破會出現(xiàn)血沫。部分病人大小便失禁，抽搐后全身松弛或進(jìn)入昏睡狀態(tài)，此后意識逐漸恢復(fù)。

2.小發(fā)作：短暫(5~10秒)意識障礙或喪失，而無全身痙攣現(xiàn)象。每日會有多次發(fā)作，有時會有節(jié)律性眨眼、低頭、兩眼直視、上肢抽動的現(xiàn)象。

3.復(fù)雜部分性發(fā)作：此類發(fā)作伴有意識障礙，對發(fā)作經(jīng)過不能回憶，也表現(xiàn)為凝視、發(fā)呆以及自動癥，如咂嘴、咀嚼、摸索、游走、撥弄、發(fā)哼聲，喃喃自語或其他癥狀和體癥。

4.局限性發(fā)作：一般見于大腦皮層有器質(zhì)性損害的病人，表現(xiàn)為一側(cè)口角、手指或足趾的發(fā)作性抽動或感覺異常，可擴(kuò)散至身體一側(cè)。當(dāng)發(fā)作累及身體兩側(cè)，則表現(xiàn)為大發(fā)作。

5.精神運(yùn)動性發(fā)作：表現(xiàn)為發(fā)作突然，意識模糊，會出現(xiàn)不規(guī)則及不協(xié)調(diào)的動作，如吮吸、咀嚼、尋找、叫喊、奔跑、掙扎等。病人的舉動無動機(jī)、無目標(biāo)、盲目而沖動，發(fā)作持續(xù)數(shù)小時，有時長達(dá)數(shù)天。病人對發(fā)作經(jīng)過毫無記憶。
