三、兒童癲癇肌陣攣發作：是肌肉突發快速短促的收縮，表現為類似于軀體或者肢體電擊樣抖動，有時可連續數次，多出現于覺醒后。可為全身動作，也可以為局部的動作。肌陣攣臨床常見，但并不是所有的肌陣攣都是癲癇發作。

四、兒童癲癇強直發作：表現為發作性全身或者雙側肌肉的強烈持續的收縮，肌肉僵直，使肢體和軀體固定在一定的緊張姿勢，如軸性的軀體伸展背屈或者前屈。常持續數秒至數十秒，但是一般不超過1分鐘。強直發作多見于有彌漫性器質性腦損害的癲癇患者，一般為病情嚴重的標志，主要為兒童，如lennox-gastaut綜合征。
