1.單純部分性發(fā)作：某一局部或一側(cè)肢體的強(qiáng)直、陣攣性發(fā)作，或感覺(jué)異常發(fā)作，歷時(shí)短暫，意識(shí)清楚。若發(fā)作范圍沿運(yùn)動(dòng)區(qū)擴(kuò)及其他肢體或全身時(shí)可伴意識(shí)喪失，稱杰克森發(fā)作(jack)。發(fā)作后患肢可有暫時(shí)性癱瘓，稱todd麻痹。

2.復(fù)雜部分性發(fā)作(精神運(yùn)動(dòng)性發(fā)作)：精神感覺(jué)性、精神運(yùn)動(dòng)性及混合性發(fā)作。多有不同程度的意識(shí)障礙及明顯的思維、知覺(jué)、情感和精神運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙。可有神游癥、夜游癥等自動(dòng)癥表現(xiàn)。有時(shí)在幻覺(jué)、妄想的支配下可發(fā)生傷人、自傷等暴力行為。

3.植物神經(jīng)性發(fā)作(間腦性)：可有頭痛型、腹痛型、肢痛型、暈厥型或心血管性發(fā)作。癲癇有什么癥狀?這也是癲癇的癥狀。

4.無(wú)明確病因者為原發(fā)性癲癇：繼發(fā)于顱內(nèi)腫瘤、外傷、感染、寄生蟲病、腦血管病、全身代謝病等引起者為繼發(fā)性癲癇。

5.全身強(qiáng)直-陣攣發(fā)作(大發(fā)作)：突然意識(shí)喪失，繼之先強(qiáng)直后陣攣性痙攣。常伴尖叫、面色青紫、尿失禁、舌咬傷、口吐白沫或血沫、瞳孔散大。持續(xù)數(shù)十秒或數(shù)分鐘后痙攣發(fā)作自然停止，進(jìn)入昏睡狀態(tài)。醒后有短時(shí)間的頭昏、煩躁、疲乏，對(duì)發(fā)作過(guò)程不能回憶。若發(fā)作持續(xù)不斷，一直處于昏迷狀態(tài)者稱大發(fā)作持續(xù)狀態(tài)，常危及生命。

6.失神發(fā)作(小發(fā)作)：突發(fā)性精神活動(dòng)中斷，意識(shí)喪失、可伴肌陣攣或自動(dòng)癥。一次發(fā)作數(shù)秒至十余秒。腦電圖出現(xiàn)3次/秒棘慢或尖慢波綜合。癲癇有什么癥狀?這就是癲癇的癥狀之一。
