3、保持患者呼吸道暢通。癲癇大發(fā)作時患者會口吐白沫，將患者的頭轉向一側，讓唾液或者嘔吐物都能夠從口中流出，如果患者有假牙，要防止假牙梗塞喉部。

4、患者抽搐時，不要強行壓制患者來制止抽搐。癲癇大發(fā)作時間不長，通常在兩三分鐘，抽搐時間則更短，通常不到一分鐘時間，如果強行壓制患者來停止抽搐，很容易給患者造成傷害。

5、癲癇大發(fā)作護理時切記不能撬開患者的嘴巴并且塞入毛巾等物品。

6、不能喂患者水和食物，否則很容易引發(fā)嘔吐，也不要讓患者服用額外的抗癲癇藥。

7、患者抽搐過后，讓患者轉身至側俯臥位，幫助患者保持呼吸道暢通，避免患者窒息。

8、癲癇患者大發(fā)作后會很虛弱，家屬不要去吵醒患者，讓其自然蘇醒。
