三、僅有意識障礙

本型的意識障礙多在1分鐘以上，而失神發作多在1分鐘以內，腦電圖也沒有失神發作的3次/秒棘慢波綜合。

四、精神運動癥狀

以自動癥最常見?？谘什坎蛔灾鞯膭幼?，如吸吮、咀嚼、吞咽等。有的病人手擦衣服、手舉空中劃圈等。有時較為復雜的自動癥則表現夢游及神游等。如一位病人獨居，早晨發現室內物品混亂，才知自己昨夜又發病了。有一癲癇病患者發病時騎摩托車環城游蕩，并順利返回住所，而自己毫無所知。
