一、癲癇癥狀的大發(fā)作在整個(gè)癲癇發(fā)作的過(guò)程中，癲癇大發(fā)作約占癲癇發(fā)作的50%，多在14歲～17歲之間。癲癇病癥狀表現(xiàn)為四個(gè)時(shí)期：先兆期：約半數(shù)患者有先兆，指在意識(shí)喪失前的一瞬間所出現(xiàn)的各種體驗(yàn);強(qiáng)直期：突然意識(shí)喪失、倒地、頭后仰、肢體強(qiáng)直，由于隔肌痙攣，病人發(fā)出"羊羔"樣吼叫，面色青紫、瞳孔散大、呼吸暫停，持續(xù)數(shù)十秒不等;陣攣期：全身肌肉有節(jié)律性抽動(dòng)、常咬破舌頭、口吐白沫、可伴有大小便失禁，一般持續(xù)1分鐘～3分鐘;恢復(fù)期：一般要數(shù)十分鐘才能清醒，病人對(duì)發(fā)作過(guò)程不能回憶，全身疼痛、乏力。個(gè)別病人在恢復(fù)期有狂燥、亂跑亂叫、打人毀物等情況發(fā)生。

二、癲癇癥狀的小發(fā)作失神發(fā)作，就是我們經(jīng)常聽(tīng)到的所謂癲癇小發(fā)作，此類癲癇病癥狀典型的表現(xiàn)，為病人有短暫意識(shí)喪失，大多數(shù)意識(shí)完全喪失，偶爾意識(shí)障礙較淺，對(duì)周圍有所了解，能聽(tīng)見(jiàn)問(wèn)話，但不能回答。意識(shí)障礙短暫而頻發(fā)為其特點(diǎn)。多數(shù)每次發(fā)作2秒～15秒，不超過(guò)1分鐘，每日數(shù)次至數(shù)十次。突然發(fā)生，突然終止。表現(xiàn)為言語(yǔ)及活動(dòng)突然中斷，兩眼凝視，偶爾上翻，有時(shí)面色蒼白，無(wú)先兆。手中持物落地，有時(shí)打碎飯碗，發(fā)作停止后，繼續(xù)原來(lái)的活動(dòng)。

三、癲癇癥狀的局限性發(fā)作局限性發(fā)作又稱為單純性發(fā)作，這類癲癇癥狀表現(xiàn)為身體某一部分節(jié)律性抽動(dòng)，持續(xù)數(shù)秒，意識(shí)清楚，若有癲癇放電擴(kuò)展，可延致半身或全身。
