緩慢增用藥劑量：抗癲癇藥物的使用應(yīng)先由一種藥物開始，對(duì)頑固的、難以控制的癲癇發(fā)作，可使用兩種以上的藥物治療。如果一開始就使用多種藥物進(jìn)行治療，效果不一定很好，而且會(huì)加重患兒的負(fù)擔(dān)。用藥時(shí)，還應(yīng)注意患兒的個(gè)體差異及年齡。

選擇合適的藥物：小兒癲癇發(fā)作的類型較多，臨床上主要是根據(jù)不同的發(fā)作類型，選擇不同的抗癲癇藥物，這樣才能收到良好的效果。嬰兒痙攣型選用促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素等藥物。
