癲癇患者主要有哪些發(fā)作類型

一、失神發(fā)作：又稱小發(fā)作。通常有如下幾種類型：

1.簡單性失神發(fā)作：又稱典型失神發(fā)作。臨床表觀為突發(fā)突止的意識障礙，可在工作、活動、進食和步行等情況下發(fā)生。

2.復(fù)雜性失神發(fā)作：又稱失神發(fā)作自動癥。除表現(xiàn)發(fā)作性意識喪失外，在發(fā)作期間還可有類似顳葉自動癥的一些表現(xiàn)，如咂嘴、無目的摸索、雙手磨擦、徘徊等一些刻扳動作。

3.肌陣攣性失神發(fā)作：又稱肌陣攣陛小發(fā)作。表現(xiàn)為兩側(cè)對稱性眼、面、頸、四肢或軀干短暫肌陣攣發(fā)作，不伴有或伴有短暫意識障礙。

4.運動不能性發(fā)作：又稱失張力性猝倒發(fā)作。突然出現(xiàn)短暫意識障礙,肌張力喪失姿勢不能維持而跌倒。腦電圖表現(xiàn)與簡單性失神發(fā)作相同。

二、全身強直：陣攣性發(fā)作，又稱大發(fā)作。按發(fā)展過程分為：

1.先兆期：約半數(shù)患者有先兆，指在意識喪失前的一瞬間所出現(xiàn)的各種體驗。常見的先兆可為特殊感覺性的幻視、幻嗅、眩暈，一般感覺性的肢體麻木觸電感。

2.痙攣期：繼先兆期后，隨即意識喪失，進入痙攣發(fā)作期。首先為強直性發(fā)作(強直期)，表現(xiàn)突然尖叫一聲，跌倒在地，全身肌肉強直，上肢伸直或屈曲，手握拳，下肢伸直，頭轉(zhuǎn)向一側(cè)或后仰，眼球向上凝視，持續(xù)約一分鐘。

3.昏睡期：抽搐停上后患者進入昏睡、昏迷狀態(tài)，然后逐漸清醒，部分患者在清醒過程中有精神行為異常，表現(xiàn)為掙扎、拒抗、躁動不安。

三、簡單部分性發(fā)作：又稱局限性發(fā)作。是不伴有意識障礙的運動、感覺和植物神經(jīng)癥狀的發(fā)作。

四、復(fù)雜部分性發(fā)作：又稱精神運動性癲癇。系伴有意識障礙的部分性發(fā)作，其多數(shù)病例病在顳葉，故又稱為顳葉癲癇(發(fā)作)。
