2、小發(fā)作，可短暫(2~15秒)意識障礙或喪失，而無全身痙攣現(xiàn)象。每日可有多次發(fā)作，有時可有節(jié)律性眨眼、低頭、兩眼直視、上肢抽動。

3、精神運動性發(fā)作，可表現(xiàn)為發(fā)作突然，意識模糊，有不規(guī)則及不協(xié)調(diào)動作(如吮吸、咀嚼、尋找、叫喊、奔跑、掙扎等)。病人的舉動無動機、無目標、盲目而有沖動性，發(fā)作持續(xù)數(shù)小時，有時長達數(shù)天。病人對發(fā)作經(jīng)過毫無記憶。

4、局限性發(fā)作，一般見于大腦皮層有器質(zhì)性損害的病人表現(xiàn)為一側口角、手指或足趾的發(fā)作性抽動或感覺異常，可擴散至身體一側。當發(fā)作累及身體兩側，則可表現(xiàn)為大發(fā)作。

5、復雜部分性發(fā)作，次類發(fā)作伴有意識障礙，對發(fā)作經(jīng)過不能回憶，也可表現(xiàn)為凝視以及自動癥如咂嘴、咀嚼、摸索、游走、撥弄、發(fā)哼聲，喃喃自語或其他癥狀和體征。
