一旦發(fā)生癲癇的持續(xù)狀態(tài)，應(yīng)該做好哪些急救事項(xiàng)?

當(dāng)病人發(fā)生全身抽搐前將要倒地時(shí)，患者家屬或救助者若在附近，要立即上前扶住病人，盡量讓其慢慢倒下，以免跌傷。同時(shí)，趁病人嘴巴未緊閉之前，迅速將手絹、紗布等卷成卷，墊在病人的上下齒之間，預(yù)防牙關(guān)緊閉時(shí)咬傷舌部。對(duì)于已經(jīng)倒地并且面部著地的，應(yīng)使之翻過身，以免呼吸道阻塞。此時(shí)若病人已牙關(guān)緊閉，不要強(qiáng)行橇開，否則會(huì)造成病人牙齒松動(dòng)脫落。然后救助者可解開病人的衣領(lǐng)和褲帶，使其呼吸通暢。為防止病人吐出的唾液或嘔吐物吸入氣管引起窒息，救助者或家人應(yīng)始終守護(hù)在病人的身旁，隨時(shí)擦去病人的吐出物。當(dāng)癲癇病人抽搐時(shí)，不可強(qiáng)行按壓肢體，以免造成韌帶撕裂、關(guān)節(jié)脫臼、甚至骨折等損傷。

另外，預(yù)防癲癇復(fù)發(fā)要做哪些事情呢?

首先，要有節(jié)制的飲食生活。養(yǎng)成良好的生活習(xí)慣，保持充足的睡眠，可適當(dāng)從事一些輕體力勞動(dòng)，但避免過度勞累。飲食要有規(guī)律，按時(shí)吃飯，不能饑餓，也不能吃的過飽，應(yīng)給予富于營養(yǎng)和容易消化的食物，多食清淡、含維生素高的蔬菜和水果，保持大便通暢，戒煙戒酒，洗澡時(shí)水溫不要過涼或過熱。盡量避開危險(xiǎn)場所及危險(xiǎn)品，不宜從事高空作業(yè)及精神高度緊張的工作，如登山、游泳、開車、騎自行車，小孩不宜獨(dú)自在河邊、爐旁，夜間不宜單獨(dú)外出，尤其不要做現(xiàn)代化的高空游戲，如蹦極等。
