癲癇(俗稱羊角風(fēng))是大腦神經(jīng)元突發(fā)性異常放電，導(dǎo)致短暫的大腦功能障礙的一種慢性疾病。由于異常放電神經(jīng)元所涉及的部位不同，可表現(xiàn)為發(fā)作的運動、感覺、植物神經(jīng)、意識及精神障礙。它是多種原因引起的臨床常見的癥狀之一。據(jù)國內(nèi)流行病學(xué)調(diào)查，其發(fā)病率約為人群的1‰，患病率約為人群的5‰。

癲癇俗稱"羊角風(fēng)"，是一種不定期反復(fù)發(fā)作的大腦功能失常。病人多在家里犯病，家屬應(yīng)該掌握對這種病的急救常識。

羊癲瘋急救措施

癲癇發(fā)作時，迅速讓病人仰臥，不要墊枕頭，把纏有紗布的壓舌板(或牙刷把)墊在上下牙齒間，以防病人自己咬傷舌頭。隨即松開衣領(lǐng)，將病人頭偏向一側(cè)，使口腔分泌物自行流出，防止口水誤入氣道，引起吸入性肺炎。同時，還要把病人下頜托起，防止因窩脖使舌頭堵塞氣管。

.發(fā)作時不要強行喂水或強行按壓肢體，應(yīng)刺激或點壓人中、合谷、足三里、涌泉等穴位。

羊癲瘋注意事項

1.如癲癇連續(xù)發(fā)作，要將病人送到醫(yī)院繼續(xù)搶救。

2.癲癇病人在平時要按醫(yī)囑用藥，不要自行減藥、停藥或換藥。那樣會引起癲癇連續(xù)發(fā)作。

3.抗癲癇藥對癲癇有刺激作用，要在飯后服用。服藥期間注意口腔衛(wèi)生，經(jīng)常刷牙。

4.癲癇病人在日常生活中要避免情緒激動和勞累，不要登高、騎車、游泳，不宜在機器旁工作，以免癲癇病發(fā)作時發(fā)生意外。

5.病人如有假牙，應(yīng)在每日睡覺前摘下。癲癇病人睡單人床時，要在床邊增加床檔，以防發(fā)病時墜床跌傷。
