羊癲瘋發作的病理是什么

1.神經元癇性放電的發生：正常情況下，每一種神經元都有節律性的自發放電活動，但頻率較低，一般為10～20Hz。在羊癲瘋病灶的周圍部分，羊癲瘋病的發作病理讓神經元的膜電位與正常神經元出現差異，在每次動作電位發生之后出現稱為;陣發性去極化偏移的持續性去極化狀態，并產生高幅高頻(可達500Hz)的棘波放電。在歷時數十至數百毫秒之后轉入超極化狀態。

2.放電的傳播：當異常放電僅局限于大腦皮質的某一區域時，表現為部分性發作。若在此局部的反饋回路中長期傳導，則導致部分性發作持續狀態。羊癲瘋病的發作病理通過電場效應及傳播通路，也可擴及同側其它區域甚至一側半球，表現為杰克遜羊癲瘋病發作。當異常放電不僅擴及同側半球而且擴及對側大腦半球時，引起繼發性全身性發作。當異常電位的起始部分在中央腦(丘腦和上部腦干)而不在大腦皮質并僅擴及腦干網狀結構上行激活系統時，則表現為失神發作;而廣泛投射至兩側大腦皮質和網狀脊髓束受到抑制時則表現為全身強直-陣攣性發作。

3.放電的終止：其機制未明，可能腦內存在主動的抑制機制。即在發作時，羊癲瘋病灶內巨大突觸后電位，通過負反饋的作用而激活抑制機制，使細胞膜長時間處于過度去極化狀態，抑制放電過程的擴散，并減少病灶的傳入性沖動，促使發作放電的終止。此外在此過程中，抑制發作的代謝產物的積聚，神經膠質細胞對鉀及已經釋放的神經介質的攝取也起重要作用。
