◆揉法：以拇指指端，或食指指端，或中指指端，或食、中、無名指指端，緊緊附著地穴上作和緩回轉的按撫動作。除用手指端外，還可運用魚際部或掌心、掌根作揉法。所以又可分別稱之為指揉法，魚際揉法、掌根揉法。
