一、治療不徹底：治療不徹底是癲癇復(fù)發(fā)的根本原因，所有的復(fù)發(fā)癲癇患者都存在治療不徹底的現(xiàn)象，具體的說有兩點：

1、放電點清除不徹底

癲癇患者的放電源灶點分布廣，隱蔽性強，現(xiàn)階段很多醫(yī)療機構(gòu)并不能完全的檢測出患者腦部存在的異常放電源灶點，因此對異常放電的現(xiàn)象也不能完全阻斷，這樣一來患者依然會受到癲癇發(fā)作的影響。

2、對受損神經(jīng)細胞修復(fù)不足

神經(jīng)細胞的受損是引起腦部異常放電的主要原因，目前的一些治療方法譬如藥物、手術(shù)都不能做到完全修復(fù)受損的神經(jīng)細胞，病變細胞依舊殘留在患者腦部，也就會不斷引起的新的異常放電情況。

二、腦部傷害：腦外傷情況或是腦部的器質(zhì)性疾病會引起癲癇的發(fā)生，如顱腦外傷、顱內(nèi)感染、腦血管系統(tǒng)疾病、腦腫瘤等引起癲癇的幾率很高，同時如果腦部存在寄生性蟲體，也會引起繼發(fā)性癲癇。

三、癲癇誘因多：一般說來，癲癇患者的精神承受能力和身體素質(zhì)相對較差，因此生活中的某些不良刺激容易導(dǎo)致疾病的復(fù)發(fā)，如婚姻、家庭、工作等出現(xiàn)問題，要重視并處理好這些問題。癲癇患者在加強學(xué)習(xí)癲病相關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)知識的同時，加強自身修養(yǎng)也很重要，要能正確對待自己的疾病，正確處理生活中的諸多問題。
