對于妊娠期的女性來說，最關心的就是自己病情是否對下一代會產(chǎn)生影響，其對下一代的影響程度直接取決于媽媽對于病情的控制。所以說，最佳受孕時機是等到女新患者的病情得到很好的控制，三四年之內(nèi)再無發(fā)作，并且要在停藥一段時間以后再受孕。再次期間科用中藥調(diào)節(jié)身體技能，切忌不要用西藥，因為西藥可能會導致胎兒的畸形。在妊娠期的前三個月每天服用葉酸，葉酸能夠減小胎兒畸形的幾率。在分娩時要注意一定不要使胎兒窒息或者是大腦受損，因為這些原因可能會導致新生兒患有癲癇病的危險。
