癲癇預(yù)防要做好哪些方面

1、預(yù)防腦外傷引起的癲癇，重點(diǎn)是預(yù)防腦外傷的發(fā)生，避免因工作、交通事故引起腦外傷。

2、對因遺傳性疾病引起的癲癇，要進(jìn)行產(chǎn)前診斷，發(fā)現(xiàn)患某種遺傳性疾病，伴發(fā)癲癇的胎兒可以人工流產(chǎn)，這樣就可以減少這類癲癇的發(fā)生。

3、為了預(yù)防出生時(shí)腦損傷引起的癲癇，對于高齡初產(chǎn)婦，如預(yù)計(jì)生產(chǎn)過程不順利，應(yīng)及早剖腹取胎，這樣可以避免因缺氧、窒息、產(chǎn)傷引起嬰兒日后患癲癇。

4、對于各種顱內(nèi)感染引起的癲癇，要積極地預(yù)防這些感染的發(fā)生，一旦發(fā)生了顱內(nèi)感染性疾病，應(yīng)及早診斷，正確治療，減輕腦組織損傷程度。在顱內(nèi)感染的急性期，不少患者常有癲癇發(fā)作，這時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)、足量地使用抗癲癇藥物，以減輕腦組織因癲癇發(fā)作造成的損害，也可減少日后癲癇發(fā)作的機(jī)會。

5、癲癇病人在選擇婚配對象時(shí)，應(yīng)避免與有癲癇家族史的結(jié)婚，癲癇病人的未婚夫(妻)在婚前要做腦電地形圖檢查，如腦電地形圖有癲癇波者避免結(jié)婚，雙方都有癲癇家族史的人也應(yīng)避免結(jié)婚。

6、去掉癲癇發(fā)作誘因，是預(yù)防癲癇復(fù)發(fā)的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一，如吸煙、飲酒、精神壓抑、疲勞、感染性疾病、暴飲暴食、剝奪睡眠、受驚發(fā)熱、近親結(jié)婚及有害的聲、光刺激等。

7、高熱驚厥患者以后約有15%左右轉(zhuǎn)變成癲癇，如對有復(fù)發(fā)可能的高熱驚厥，應(yīng)及早地采取預(yù)防措施，可大大減少高熱驚厥造成的腦損傷，也就減少了癲癇的發(fā)生率。
