(1)大發(fā)作，又稱全身性發(fā)作，半數(shù)有先兆，如頭昏、視聽和嗅覺障礙。發(fā)作時(shí)有些病人先發(fā)出尖銳叫聲，后既有意識(shí)喪失而跌倒，有全身肌肉強(qiáng)直、呼吸停頓，頭眼可偏向一側(cè)，數(shù)秒鐘后有陣攣性抽搐，抽搐逐漸加重，歷時(shí)數(shù)十秒鐘，陣攣期呼吸恢復(fù)，口吐白沫。部分病人有大小便失禁、抽搐后全身松弛或進(jìn)入昏睡(昏睡期)，此后意識(shí)逐漸恢復(fù)。

(2)小發(fā)作，可短暫(5~10秒)意識(shí)障礙或喪失，而無(wú)全身痙攣現(xiàn)象。每日可有多次發(fā)作，有時(shí)可有節(jié)律性眨眼、低頭、兩眼直視、上肢抽動(dòng)。

(3)精神運(yùn)動(dòng)性發(fā)作，可表現(xiàn)為發(fā)作突然，意識(shí)模糊，有不規(guī)則及不協(xié)調(diào)動(dòng)作。癲癇病的早期癥狀，病人的舉動(dòng)無(wú)動(dòng)機(jī)、無(wú)目標(biāo)、盲目而有沖動(dòng)性，發(fā)作持續(xù)數(shù)小時(shí)，有時(shí)長(zhǎng)達(dá)數(shù)天。病人對(duì)發(fā)作經(jīng)過(guò)毫無(wú)記憶。

(4)局限性發(fā)作，一般見于大腦皮層有器質(zhì)性損害的病人表現(xiàn)為一側(cè)口角、手指或足趾的發(fā)作性抽動(dòng)或感覺異常，可擴(kuò)散至身體一側(cè)。當(dāng)發(fā)作累及身體兩側(cè)，則可表現(xiàn)為大發(fā)作。

2、強(qiáng)直期:患者突然意識(shí)喪失,跌倒在地,全身肌肉強(qiáng)直性收縮,頭后仰,雙上肢屈曲強(qiáng)直,雙下肢伸性強(qiáng)直,口部先張后閉合,此時(shí)可能咬傷唇、舌和頰部。由于膈肌、肋間肌強(qiáng)直收縮,使肺空氣壓出,同時(shí)喉部痙攣、咽喉狹窄致發(fā)生尖銳的叫聲稱為癇叫,此期瞳孔散大,血壓上升。起初皮膚結(jié)膜發(fā)紅,繼之由于呼吸肌強(qiáng)直收縮,呼吸暫停,口唇及全身皮膚青紫,此期歷時(shí)10-20秒,進(jìn)入陣攣期。患有癲癇病病怎么治療?
