3、火：一是指自然界之火，如天氣炎熱，使人上火等一切火熱現象，屬"六淫"中"火"的病因范疇。二是指無形的病理之火，屬七情病因范疇之"怒"，如肝火旺盛，怒火傷肝，心火太大等等。均為癲癇發作的誘因，加之這些患者往往會在社會上或單位里受到歧視，從而產生心理上的壓力，常常生氣、發火也是誘發癲癇發作的一大主因。

4、風：一是指自然界之風，屬六淫范疇;一是指病理現象，如傷風、肝風、中風，其中對癲癇發作影響最大的當數肝風，有的患者著急、上火都犯病，天氣刮風也犯病，所以癲癇的發作與"風"有著密切的內在聯系。
