3.解開患者衣領，保持呼吸道通暢，注意觀察是否有食物殘渣、嘔吐物、口腔分泌物及其他異物阻塞氣道，如果有應及時將患者頭部轉向一側，讓嘔吐物及口腔分泌物流出,拜泉警事，保證呼吸道通暢;如果有條件，可以吸氧。

4.如患者沒有明顯的舌咬傷或強烈的自傷及傷人行為，不可強行改變患者肢體位置、將物品強塞入患者口中或捆綁患者，以免造成肢體骨折、韌帶拉傷或其他意外損傷。

5.避免人群圍觀，保持空氣流動。

6.發(fā)作后如患者意識轉清，應及時安排患者休息，并可根據(jù)情況服用起效較快的抗癲癇藥物如地西泮等;如患者仍然意識不清，應注意監(jiān)護患者的體溫、脈搏、呼吸、血壓等生命體征，直到患者意識轉清，必要時可撥打120急救電話。
